To request additional breeding information or a promotional video, please complete the appropriate items on this form. We will email a confirmation of the receipt of your request form within 3 business days.

Please complete a separate request form for promotional material for each stallion. Multiple stallion promotional video requests will be included on one video tape whenever possible.

SPECIAL NOTE - Stallions with a direct link to their farm websites are responsible for the distribution of their videos. Please contact those farms direct.
